Complimentary Island Activities
Use of all non-motorised water sports equipment including kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, snorkels, masks and flippers, 30 minute guided snorkelling experience off the Tropica Pier (operates twice weekly), basket and hat weaving, Sulu tying, coconut husking, Kava ceremonies and a night snorkelling experience (operates weekly).

A variety of day trips can also be arranged including surfing adventures, scuba diving and snorkelling tours, fishing charters, excursions to local attractions such as Monuriki Island - the location for Tom Hanks’ Castaway, Solevu Village, Malolo and nearby sand bars, Cloud Break (one of Kelly Slater’s favourite surf breaks) & Cloud 9.

Lakalaka Restaurant - located poolside with picturesque ocean views and an open-air dining experience. Dine outside under the stars in the warm sea breeze for a truly romantic evening. The cuisine is designed to rejuvenate the soul and features Fijian delicacies as well as home-cooked favourites.
Lako Mai Bar - enjoy a more casual dining experience often with local entertainment. Sample from the Fijian tapas and all-day dining menus, paired with a tipple from the extensive drinks menu.

Getting Here - Transfer Information
Getting to Tropica Island Resort from the main island of Vitu Levu is easy. Arrive at Nadi Airport and transfer the short journey to Port Denarau. Choose from high-speed catamaran, private speedboat or water taxi transfer.
Alternatively, a seaplane or helicopter will have you at the resort within 10 minutes of departure from Nadi. All connecting transfers from the airport to your preferred transfer option to the island can be pre-booked with our reservations team at no extra cost.
 
South Sea Cruises
High-speed catamaran transfers from Port Denarau depart three times a day at 9:00am & 12:15pm (2 hours via other islands) and 3:15pm (45 minutes direct). Transfers start at FJ$133 per person one way from Port Denarau.

Sea Fiji Link
Fast boat transfer between Port Denarau and Tropica Island Resort. Travelling time is around one hour, departing Port Denarau daily at 5:30pm (may include stops at other resorts depending on passengers on the day). Private Speedboat or Water Taxi
Transfers are available by request, one way or return. Fast and convenient, boats depart at a time suitable to you from Port Denarau and arrive at Tropica within an hour. Prices start from FJ$788 (1-4 people) one way (subject to change without notice).
 
Seaplane
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Mamanuca Islands en-route, a thrilling waterfront arrival, and a flight time ex Nadi Domestic Airport of just 10 minutes.  Luggage allowance is 20kg plus one carry on bag per person. Minimum 4 people travelling. Prices start from FJ$495 per person one way or FJ$905 per person return. Please check with us for more information.
 
Helicopter
Travel to Tropica in style, enjoy stunning Mamanuca Island views and a flight time of around 10 minutes from Nadi Domestic Airport.  Luggage allowance is 15kg plus one carry on bag per person.
